Service Description

Dates: 2 weeks- Tues/Thurs: 6/18, 6/20, 6/25, 6/27 At Public Glass, we're dismantling exclusivity in glass culture by offering inclusive classes for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Our goal? To cultivate community, skills, and confidence in a safe and engaging environment. Through collaborative learning, we break down barriers and foster an atmosphere where everyone can be themselves, learn about glass techniques, and make new friends. All classes are taught by LGBTQIA+ instructors and require no prior experience. This class is the equivalent of Level 1. We'er offering an in-depth exploration of stained glass art. Students delve into pattern design, glass cutting, shaping, copper foiling, and soldering to create personalized stained glass pieces. Projects provide a comprehensive understanding of stained glass techniques, with students gaining independence in our warm studio upon course completion. Join us at Public Glass for an inclusive and empowering glass experience where diversity thrives.

Cancellation Policy

For help with your booking contact Cancellation Policy: No credit or refund can be issued if a cancellation occurs 9 days or less before your class date. This helps us guarantee stable wages for our hard-working artist instructors. If a cancellation occurs 10 days or more before the start of class, please submit a written request to as soon as you know of a possible conflict. Your account will be credited with the cost of the class. You can apply this credit to a future class, our online shop, or event. Please email to use the credit on your account. Excessive rescheduling will result in an administrative fee. ​ Online class registration closes 2 days before the first session. For late registration, questions or guidance on our programs, please email us at: As a small nonprofit, our goal is to keep access to the studios affordable and to employ the independent artists who have committed to teach you. Monetary refunds are issued at the discretion of management. In the rare case that we are able to issue a refund, our processing platforms will keep a minimum of 10% non-refundable fees.
