Service Description

This class is an in-depth study of the art of kiln-formed glass by cutting, layering and designing sheet glass in multiple forms to create functional or custom glass art objects. Projects in this class are designed to give students a well rounded understanding how to fuse different colors and shapes of into one piece of sheet glass and then how to slump that piece of glass into a mold to be reshaped. Students in the class will learn about the cutting tools, glass compatibility, ceramic slump molds and programming kilns. Students will be allowed to work independently in the warm studio once the class is complete.

Cancellation Policy

For help with your booking please contact Cancellation Policy: No credit or refund can be issued if a cancellation occurs 9 days or less before your class date. This helps us guarantee stable wages for our hard-working artist instructors. If a cancellation occurs 10 days or more before the start of class, please submit a written request to as soon as you know of a possible conflict. Your account will be credited with the cost of the class. You can apply this credit to a future class, our online shop, or event. Please email to use the credit on your account. Monetary refunds are issued at the discretion of management. In the rare case that we are able to issue a refund, our processing platforms will keep a minimum of 10% non-refundable fees.
